In May, I had seen several lovely patterns on Elisa's website which she presented as hers. So I wrote a mail to her to know how I could buy them and she answered me she didn't sell them but offered me to do a swap with her.

I could send her different things such as fabric, mother-of-pearl buttons, ribbons or even some vintage haberdashery items and she would send me her charts...

I accepted to do this swap with her and here's the charts I got from her.
I chose some vintage lace and thread spools in my collection, just like the ones I gave Victorine recently, and sent them to her. Elisa was delighted and so was I. Thank you for your charts, they're really gorgeous!

I was really eager to start stitching one of these charts but couldn't find the time to do so in June so I only began "Coeur Ciseaux" (Scissors heart) on Friday in one over one, just like the one Elisa also showed on her website...
Here it is! I stitched it in two evenings only. I used the same gingham linen as Elisa and one of the lovely Carrie's Threads Catherine sent me this week. It's called "Olde Salem Red" and it really looks good on this fabric! Thanks again, Catherine!
There was no problem for the framing as I just happen to have the same frame as the one Elisa used for her stitching in a drawer, so it was finished in no time!
Bon dimanche et à bientôt
Have a nice Sunday,
